Principal's Message

Welcome to Valley Alternative Schools,

It is with great pride and excitement that I write to you as Principal of Valley Alternative Schools.  It is my commitment to provide a safe and intellectually challenging learning environment that will empower students to become active participants in their learning. At Valley Alternative Schools it is our commitment to develop students that are critical thinkers, creative problem solvers, collaborators, and effective communicators.

we continue with setting high expectations for our students in regards to academic performance within the classroom, to be responsible citizens at school and out in the community.  This year at Valley Alternative we will be focusing on the implementation of several initiatives: Implementation of the California Standards, implementation of Integrated Math, infusion of technology through Google Docs, and expanding opportunities for our students in areas of career readiness.
